Window Sampling Equipment

Window sampling fills the gap between hand augers and the bigger track or vehicle mounted drilling rigs. The equipment is used for soil investigation to depths up to 8 metres and in inaccessible places. Therefore it needs to be light, so can be carried to a location, yet strong with excellent penetration speeds. Window Sampling Equipment does not replace the bigger rigs but is used when a location does not allow their use.
